Warehouse Efficiency Mapping
The Problem
A beverage distributor who deals with high volume products that adjust seasonally needed to optimize their floor plan. By placing highest volume products closest to the loading bay, their staff could reduce the time to load trucks, saving both labor costs and delivering to customers faster.
What We Built
We connected data from their ERP system to analyze purchase patterns. From there, we prepared an algorithm to identify both when to shift product assignments as well as where to place products on the floor plan. What used to take days of labor to plan now is done instantly, and constantly ensuring optimal efficiency.
AI-Driven Sales Targeting
The Problem
Motorcoach operators need to efficiently target potential customers with limited sales staff and little market intelligence with which to work.
What We Built
We tied into their past customer records, built an AI driven application that mapped an ideal client profile, created targeting parameters for those ICPs, and delivered client messaging at the right place but also the right time.
